I've been listening to "Driver" on my CD of Sisters of Mercy demos and now have my own opinion of the lyrics I saw online. (See here for the April 1, 3:44 p.m. entry.) I finally got to hear "Driver" since I ordered a CD of demos from a site selling Sisters of Mercy recordings. Alas, the song, which was never released, was done only as a demo when SoM was a very young band, so it's not up to the standards I'm accustomed to, even if I still love the lyrics ( Read more... )
